Carrot

Sweet corn
Arrowhead (remember to count carbohydrate exchange)

Beans
Pasta
Croutons (remember to count carbohydrate exchange)
Cheese (use sparingly)

For western style soup, low fat milk can be used to replace at least half of sour cream or double cream.

For Chinese herbal soup: if only soup is consumed, 1 rice bowl (bout 300ml) is sufficient; if soup ingredient is consumed, remember to count carbohydrate exchange.
